SEA Attack Continues On Microsoft
Not many days have passed fading away the memories of SEA( Syrian Electronic Army) attack on Microsoft’s instant messaging and video chatting service Skype now the news is unveiled that hackers also made their way into Twitter account of Xbox and Xbox support accompanying Xbox’s Instagram account according to GameSpot.
This group of organized Syrian hackers with political support from president of Syria Bashar Assad revealed its hack by posting screenshot on its own Twitter account. The SEA hacked the Twitter account of Xbox to post its signature message that read “Syrian Electronic Army Was Here” and another challenging message that read “Game On!” Not enough proof? Xbox’s Twitter and Instagram accounts even witnessed image proof of their hack and administrator access to Xbox Twitter and Instagram accounts.
The spokesperson of Microsoft told CNET on Saturday that “Microsoft is aware of targeted cyber-attacks that temporarily affected the Xbox Support and Microsoft News Twitter accounts. The accounts were quickly reset and we can confirm that no customer information was compromised.” Since these attacks Microsoft has cleaned its account and set on to mounting its defense to face any further attack.
The attacks also convey the weakness and how safe against attack are Facebook and Twitter accounts.

They are using new ways of terrorism. I think SEA have well equipped hackers. Microsoft should beef up their cyber-security.
